It's hot and humid. You don't feel like going outside for a walk due to the heat. Well, get over it. You are in charge. You will work out today. Have a great workout.
Since you did not describe your injury, I can only address this generally. If you can walk (as in your doctor says it is okay) then walk 30 minutes a day. Sometimes it is not about how far but how long. If walking is too difficult, I know that you have access to a pool. You could do some basic kicks while holding the side of the pool or some light water aerobics. Again, during time of injury, you don't want to work the injured part of your body until healed but do what you can and know that you will hit it hard once you are healed. I hope you are feeling better.
How do I stay motivated when hit with a out of the blue injury?
